Logging In: To login to the online directory follow this link: Your user name is your email address.

Change your password at any time by clicking the “Forgot your password?” link. Once you change your password, we aren’t able to see what it is, so we can’t recover it for you if it is forgotten, but you can always set up a new password using the link.

Provider Specialties – When searching for providers, you are searching by their primary specialty.  Here is a list of the primary specialties for each provider type and then what their secondary specialty may be.  The primary specialty will always be the most basic level. The only exceptions are with  Pediatrics and Pediatrics – Neonatology each being their own primary specialty and the Surgery specialties.  Please see those below.

Basic Functionality:

WIM Tracking is a simple search and report form, but here are some tips to help you along the way.

  • You can only be logged into one session at a time. So, if you are logged in on a web browser
and then log in on your phone, your web browser session will log out.
  • Your session can be active for up to 8 hours. After 8 hours, the system will log you out.
  • Click on the ? in the search form for hints about using each field for your searches.
  • Using Ctrl on your keyboard allows you to choose multiple options for the search list boxes.
  • Once you search, the results are displayed in a list, you can sort this list by clicking on the
heading and download the list into a .csv file.
  • When you navigate to the details of each provider, the details will open in a new browser
window. This makes it easy to return to your search results.
